Introduction to the 7th European Research Framework Program and the first call in the Aeroautics Area

On 22 December 2006 the first calls for proposals of the 7th EC Framework Programme (FP7) have been published. The first part of this presentation introduces the generalities of FP7 and the major changes compared to FP6. In the second more specifically the contents of the work programme related to aeronautics and air transport is addressed.
